Side and rear ground floor extension including new kitchen, shower room We were on a very tight schedule and budget but Rose Line met both.
They were very thorough and honest and worked extra hours without being asked. Very happy with the quality of work and service provided, we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we needed work done again. We highly recommend Michal and his team!

Rose Line were the best building contractors I have used. They completed the works ahead of schedule and on budget. The craftsmanship was of a very high standard, we are possibly not the easiest clients to work for as we change our minds a bit but whatever was asked Rose Line did with no fuss, they just got on with it. I would highly recommend them. We plan to have them on our next project.

he standard of workmanship, attention to detail, punctual attendance, project management and helpful attitude over a six month construction period was exceptional. The contract and payment schedule was simple and transparent. We were delighted with the service provided, which exceeded our expectations. In our experience, the company fully merit a score of 10 in each of the four Checkatrade categories.

Rose Line have exceptionally high quality workmanship; finish and attention to detail in all areas – we are delighted with every room; delivering on our complicated design (we had to prop the whole building up) and providing the technical expertise necessary to make the living space as best as possible. Steel works, joinery, electrical, painting and decoration all done to a five start standard – with Rose Line taking their reputation very seriously. Would highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Michal and his team. They were polite, considerate, very hard working, and have extremely high standards. Michal was an impressive project manager – his client management was outstanding before during and after the project – and his detailed project plan was executed to the day. They care about what they do and the environment they are working in – we had a small boy and my wife was very pregnant and all the team (every single one of them – even specialists in for a day) we super considerate and polite. They are good blokes and great craftsmen. Highly Recommended.
