Whether you’re looking to extend, renovate or build your dream home, our construction company has the expertise to turn your vision into a reality.
New build homes
Our architects and construction team based in West London can work with you to create your ideal space from scratch. We’ll guide you through the design process, ensuring that your new home is not only stylish but also meets your needs. We pride ourselves on only using quality materials and work with trusted suppliers to ensure that every aspect of your home is built to the highest standard.
Home extensions
Need more space? We can help you extend your home to maximise the space you have and create the extra room you need. From single-storey extensions to multi-storey builds, we have the expertise to manage the entire construction project from start to finish. Our architectural design and construction team will closely consult and collaborate with you to ensure that your extension matches the style and character you wish to emulate for your home.
Renovations
If your home is in need of a refresh, our renovation services can help. From modernising your kitchen to updating your bathrooms or reconfiguring your living space, we can help you transform your home into a space that you’re proud of. We’ll keep your vision at the forefront of every stage to make your dream a reality while ensuring that the renovation is completed as efficiently as possible.
Loft Conversions
If you’re looking to create more space in your home without extending, a loft conversion is a great option that rarely requires planning permission. Our team can help you convert your loft into a functional living space that maximises the room you already have. We’ll take care of everything from planning permission to the final touches, ensuring that the conversion is completed with the utmost quality and care.
Services and Fees
The design and construction are our specialities. This is what we do and have been doing for the last 100 years of combined experience.
We specialise in whole house refurbishment, extensions and basements, and our portfolio of projects ranges from several hundred to millions of pounds.
All of our construction projects in West London are design-led, placing an emphasis on quality and design.
No project is the same. Our construction costs are true and competitive and also tailored to the specifics of your project and its location. We will prepare a full works programme for your project indicating major milestones, and dates by which decisions and deliveries will be required.
We will outline and agree on the payment schedule with you staging the payments into fortnightly or monthly intervals with 10% of the deposit required on appointment. You will also hold 5% retention from every payment where 2.5% will be released on practical completion and the final 2.5% once all the snags are completed.
We only price all of our projects once. We do not lower our project prices just to win them.
Our bespoke system of delivery of your construction projects has already been tested by hundreds of satisfied clients throughout West London and beyond.
At Rose Line Premier, we are passionate about creating homes that are both beautiful and functional.
